GREEN WASTE
We are environmentally friendly and all green garden waste is disposed of in a professional, responsible & environmentally friendly manner, we are a registered lower tier waste carrier for green waste only - registration number - CBDL313425. Unfortunately, only green waste created during a paid job by ourselves can be removed and disposed of.
INSURANCE
As we value & respect our customers and the spaces we work in on a daily basis we have full public liability insurance cover for every potential eventuality.
QUALIFICATION
Having studied at Lackham College near Chippenham I do possess a qualification which is a BTEC first diploma, level 2, in Woodland & Estate Maintenance, with 6 years of gardening experience serving all types of local gardens through all seasons.
HOW DO I PAY FOR THE WORK?
All pricing is agreed upon before work is carried out on the day, all payments are taken via emailed invoice and bank transfer only and are expected within 24 hours of the emailed invoice being sent, we do not accept cash or cheques. usually, a signed quote is needed before work is carried out but due to practicing minimal contact with clients at this time this is currently not required.
HOW CAN I GET A QUOTE?
The best way to contact us is via email, emails are responded to that same evening or sooner, a lot of the time I am unable to get to the phone during work hours, please email details of the work to be carried out & we can organize a visit to discuss further, in some cases a visit is not needed & a fixed final price can be given over the phone or via email.
HOW LONG CAN I BOOK FOR?
We operate on full day & 1/2 day bookings, we do not provide visits to gardens at anything less than a 1/2 day per booking, general garden work has a set rate for both a day & a 1/2 day, please contact us to find out more and for the services provided within the standard day rate.
